trusting him..I was reading what you wrote and I have some thoughts regarding a few questions you brought up about Eric(CEO). How can the CEO know how long a deal will take for sure in this economy? How can the CEO know what the future share price is going to be to make a decision whether it is better to raise money at a current share price or some time in the future(when it could be higher) by 504 funding? Why would he raise excess amounts of money until he knows for sure that he needs it?
