No. that means potentially the O/S can't be more than 500M. But don't worry about dilution as they won't need it at this prices. If they have to dilute they will do it above $2/share IMO. I'll post it later when I get time why I think so.

until I see a reason to worry i will not....this stock is moving without dilution IMO
