I think the odds are in our favor. Rig Zone has the DP headed out of the JDZ on 12-1-09 to Lukoil (despite DK's email to the direct contrary) and Pup indicated in his post that they would likely be drilling the 8.5" section 3 or 4 days ago.

They have kept us out of the mainstream (news/market) since the Addax deal with little to no news. What they have released is almost childish in nature and doesn't represent a company with healthy percentages involved in a very expensive and extensive deepwater drilling campaign. i.e. zero promotion of themselves.

With that in mind (near silence and apparent lack of interest to market us) would it surprise anybody for them to make a serious deal announcement on one of the slowest weeks of the year...Thanksgiving???

It wouldn't surprise me one iota. They have worked hard to keep us under the radar and totally out of the limelight.....the direct opposite one would expect from a minnow that was successfully brought to the excitment of serious exploration by a worlds supermajor (SNP).

Go back and read the last handful of PR's and shareholder updates. Childlike.

Yup Razor.....I think the chances of hearing something very positive during this Thanksgiving week are incredibly high. That would match their ongoing scheme...er...theme. DON'T GET ME WRONG....we will make out extremely well IMHO. Just don't get fresh meat involved....slide it thru with the current "ERHC FAMILY".

Recall Addax's deal with Sinopec. The agreement contained several provisions that Addax would cease all solicitation for the sale of their company. That would appear to apply directly to the minnow as well IMHO. This does not mean that I think SNP will be the end player. Perhaps they are and then farmout interests to a capable oil company. But, don't rule out CVX IMHO.

Of course CVX (and XOM for that matter) has the expertise. Probably some of the best/top notch expertise in the world. Better yet, CVX is currently one of the operators of the blocks.

Razoroil....in a nutshell, I will be watching closely today. By all indications to this investor....it is much further along than most on this stockboard realize.
