2010 Amigos:

TMI (Warrants for now, common after)
CNDH
BSPM
PUDA -- Watch out for financing coming...But solid for long-term
CKGT
NEP -- Doing this via calls to maximize returns
LPIH -- Would have 2x as much if it wasn't for this CFO.
LLFH -- Slow and steady wins the race
CHME
SKBI -- Its SKBID right now since they just did a 2-for-1 split. -- They are going to at least double their gross profit in 2010, IMO.
HOL Warrants -- Multi-year Leverage is a beautiful thing.
EDS/IDI Warrants -- Same as HOL Warrants

Those are my favorite China plays right now, I would like JGBO if it wasn't for their share structure. RINO is great but a bit too expensive for me. I need to research TRIT some more. I sold out of my CPQQ that I bought around $0.80 in this latest run-up.

Maybe not 10, but my top 6 picks going into 2010 are:

LPIH (my #1 holding, major expansion and simple business model...great things ahead)
BSPM (expansion, expansion, expansion)
CHGS (recent expansion should start to show in 2010)
CCGY (Not much downside after a bad qtr, plus expansion..good things ahead)
CKGT (not a 100% conviction buy (cactus dilemma), but growth has been good)
NEP (growth to continue yet cheap on today's earnings)

Currently, not holding any NEP, but that will be changing soon.

TEN AMIGOS for 2010

Hehe, I just set up a tracking portfolio for 2010 today. What I do not own already I will most likely buy in the next fews days/weeks:

Full Position:

CSGH - I like the story and believe company will deliver big time
ORPN - should see mid-teens with the expected uplisting
SKBI - fantastic growth and guidance. Check out their investor presentation filed with the SEC

Half Position:

CAEI - stock is depressed due to the Dubai disaster, but check their track record of projects. Best of breed.
CBPO - very good position in their market, should also uplist in 2010
CKGT - if they deliver next week I will upgrade to Full Position
CNAM - same as CKGT
CREG - I want to see 1-2 more projects before I upgrade this one.
GFRE - growth should be sustainable, not sexy enough for a full position (yet)
NEWN - Looks very cheap but without a 2010 guidance and new orders there is no real visibility, so will revisit.

Quarter Position:

BSPM - starter position only until my many questions are answered.
GCHT - seems very risky, highly speculative, but I decided not to be totally on the sidelines here
LTUS - see GCHT
NEP - starter position only as I am afraid the stock price indicated some "bomb" blowing up somewhere (personal opinion only)
