There is money to be made as the stock bounces DOWN the chart. It is made by finding more bagholders to sell a little bounce into. Pumpers tout to sell to new bagholders. It is what a PSC PROMO is all about too.
It is also why the PPS won't go up on news. A little rise in PPS lets a few bagholders find the door. The PPS falls within hours. The better the news, the more get traction and head for the door. That's what is (and will) happen here.

By flipping small movement? Are you kidding me? There is no significant volume to support the idea that it is even being flipped for anything more than chump change.
