The buy/sell agreement that transfered AERP'S one and ONLY asset to FLO-CO,LLC included a rather large block of preferred shares and the FIRST round of the preferred shares have reached thier VESTED date. Mr. Geddes and or anyone of GEDDES choosing now has/had in his or her posession roughly 870 MILLION shares at his or her disposal. The cost of these shares you ask? .00005.
