You might want to take a look at this post and the billing statement contained therein,figure out the signifance of certain references, and reconsider your position.
I don't think ethical will come into play here. I believe it will be what is best for all concerned which could include TPG and others...including WAMU execs. We will see but I don't find any signs of ethical floating around corporations nowadays.
That being said... GO WAMU! LEAVE COMMON INTACT... RESTART BANKING AND SQUASH JPM. (my opinion only).
