They already have a pill like that its called Marinol... Their are many people who say that it just don't work for them and their are alot of downsides with the pill vs the real plant... Google it their are bunch of debates on it. Also the so called pot pill is a class 3 drug and the actual plant is a class 1 which is the worst... funny how the same fake thc in a pill vs thc on a plant is viewed so different by the government!

Honestly, from a strategic marketing standpoint I think the only reason MJNA is willing to take on HESG is because they are the only other company pursuing this industry (besides other players in the industry, CBIS, etc). Since it is a new industry, it would make good business sense to join forces and combine capital in order to totally cut off all other potential entrys into the market. This would elimate the competition down the road between HESG, MJNA, and whoever else they combine with that has intentions of capturing market share. This industry is just beginning to open up so it is important to be forward looking on any business decision at this point. As an MBA student, this is how I see things unfolding in my mind.
