AERP, Flo-Co and Hunsucker really don't have any chance of winning the NASCAR lawsuit.

As for management. ROTFLMAO - it's almost non-existant, just like:

No business
No facilities
No phones
No sales
No employees
No order desk

If there is a positive outcome for AERP from the NASCAR lawsuit and and a counter claim is made by AERP. I would think that the shareholders in AERP could file a suit against NASCAR also and if that is the case it wouldn't surprise me that the suit would be in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

More riding on the outcome of the lawsuit than most realize.

Perhaps that is one of the reasons why AERP's loyal following has never really left the Board. Something to think about.

Anyone know if shareholders could independently file a lawsuit against NASCAR if there is an AERP positive outcome?
