If you are referring to posts in the 20430ish range...I think the site is a hoax. No official site has that rate. I am sure the rate would be all over the business news channels too.
I was impressed with the new business that is sprouting up in Iraq.
I am more than hopeful that the IQD will equal the USD merely based on their oil output alone as the worlds' demand for the stuff increases.
Last time I checked Afganistan's currency, it traded at roughly $ .02 to $1 USD.....Right now the IQD is roughly $.000854.
I am looking for any and all information to pass along. I understand that the UN and Iraqi economic officials are meeting Nov 23rd-24th to discuss various things.
I would be totally stunned if their currency went from $.000854 to anything near or over $1 'overnight'. I would expect to see something like $.005 for a while..then $.01 and then $.05 for another while....Like stocks.
