Seen this happen to many stocks before. Too little too late. Problem is, a steady decline in PPS constantly until something DOES finally happen. But when it finally does happen, you can barely get back to the PPS at EVEN much less make a little.
The nature of pinks don't allow for those long lapses between significant accomplishments.
