It's very clear to me! WDAS SEEKS to grow by PROPOSING deals all over the world. Hopefully, they can raise the cash to close just one of these deals. Perhaps the cash can be raised by putting out numerous PR PROPOSALS and then selling shares to all the excited and encouraged investors. Brilliant! GLTA
