It seems like someone didn't want it to tip the PAR SAR and held the ask down at .019. For the last 8 days it has traded @.02! MM's must want to hold it down to finish accumulating those cheap shares before it pops up on the stock screens. There's no way it will last more than a day next week though, before the PAR SAR flips and gets put on the radar. GLTA!
