Yeah I just did a search as well and it appears that there are a bunch of them out there, I saw something on the CEO of Career Builders.com's CEO. So looks like your right.
But I can't seem to find the rules. I think the rules actually cover certian limitations of what they can and can't do if they do have a record and are on a BOD.
Funny isn't it. You can't have a liquer license, gun permit, become a nurse or doctor, and probably a ton of other things with a crimianl record.
But if you want to be the CEO of a publicly traded company or for that that matter the President of the USA go right ahead.
Don't get me wrong I'm all for second chances, but it seems that only applys to people with connections or money these days
