There are others that can go into greater technical detail, but Wikipedia offers the following definition for SX/EW:

Solvent extraction/electrowinning (SX/EW) is a two-stage process that first extracts and upgrades copper ions from low-grade leach solutions into a concentrated electrolyte, and then deposits pure copper onto cathodes using an electrolytic procedure.

Hopefully, the end result will look something like these copper cathodes:

Regarding "Cementation", I found these these:

"Recovering copper by a process known as "cementation," occurs when copper-containing water flows into cells filled with scrap iron. The iron in the cells and the copper in the water trade places. The water leaves with a higher iron content and the copper clings to the remaining iron."
