.0436 is a late print. A MM was working a large order all day slowly selling. Through the day he dumped 2.9M and when he did inventory eod he printed his sell.

In general when you see big prints like that EOD above ask the following day stock ends up going lower. When big prints like that happen under bid next day stocks tend to go up. Just something I noticed over the years....
