You don't care? You don't care to know whether or not they really have the money to actually purchase/refurbish/operate the plants? Money to procure feedstock? Money to hire employees?

Apparently just PR'ing with letters of intent doesn't move this, in fact it lowers it to all time lows ..... it's shocking you'd "not care" about something so significant.
