i can agree with much of what you are saying BUT, as was posted a few days ago MSFT does not like to pay up front, It seems ( and i Believe) unless forced to they will not pay at all. That is just the way they roll. I would not hang my hopes on them, that being said we will still get to .10 but not on the back of a agreement with MSFT.

I agree with you hangdog. I sold everything I had 2 days ago, and started yesterday catching falling apples from Neom tree. The only position I have now beside NEOM is VXX (S&P VIX). My risk capital is at NEOM or cash! I am waiting for the banks to cash in their gains to make their books look pretty with the tax payer's money they have invested in stocks....probably before the year ends I think, and I don't want to be sitting at the table while they take all the food out.

I don't see either why we would go under 1 cent again so I am taking this as a "buy" opportunitty. The mobile space is red hot burning and about to cause an explosion.

All this, just my opinion, I could be WRONG!! but that is what I believe.

I agree with the gist of your message, hd. I've got enough dry powder right now that in all likelihood, what I'll end up doing by the end of the day today or tomorrow is putting half of it down in the upper .011s or low . 012s if I don't reach my target buy price. Then I'll hold the other half of my cash reserve to see if we can get just above that penny mark, and if not, I'll be okay with that. I've got a large enough core now to be content, and I've got a few biotechs I have my eyes on that I can spend any unused funds on. It's all about sticking to our game plans, and I've learned that I do best when I stick to my game plan, even if I don't pull the trigger because my targets aren't reached.

Sure does seem like everything is in place now from a business standpoint (patent, ecosystem, partners, licenses, relationships, scanbuy, etc.).

NeoMedia has come a long way this last year.

It feels like the horses (PPS) are at the gate (REVENUE). Looking forward to the gate opening.
