FTER-I just bought 80 K more near close, it's a blip on this share structure, it held good , it was sweet. Then, all of the sudden, something about a "market sell" for 200 K shares @.016, it was cold, but it was cool. Because it's a buying opportunity on this one. Hard to say how it'll play today, but the people who were buying the other day, should buy up these few cheapies soon. It's an amazing stock, I've got lots of DD into them,it has all the good things going for it, but it is the THINNEST stock you ever have seen for a great company.
It should be at .50-$1 easy, it's cap is still only 1/10th it's over 5 million first year revenues. Reporting company,profitable, conservative, and expanding. Written off during the economic collapse by the market.
They want to play in the big leagues. They run a good , smart,efficient operation.They are expanding without a great deal of risk. The owners are personally invested in the company, and transparent. I like them.They saved my portfolio, since buying one year ago,and I read lots of DD on them.I knew this was a true sleeper. That's why I now moderate their board!!
When you dig deeper on Forterus, the released news is never as good as the real news. Their anticipated early 2010 expansion plans, will move them into 3 more California counties. They are negotiating leases now for these facilities, based on occupancy rates, not fixed costs.Their conservative negotiation, and personal committment enabled them to kick in more favorable terms on A Better Tommorrow facility,and eliminate $4 million in debt. I saw it in some press on the web somewhere, or on their filings.They file everything, reports, financials, etc. I must of been the only one buying it then. It's like me. It had to start out in the worst economy. They are past survive, they are started to thrive.
