It shouldn't have moved even a penny up - but it did.

It's not just the offering of $300 million in notes but the share lending agreement with Deutsche Bank AG, under which it will loan to Deutsche Bank AG shares of its common stock having a market value of about $150 million... TO short! UGH!

And it goes up? I'm confused. Glad, but confused.
