well, 48 mil shares is a VERIFIED fact for the outstanding along with the 100 mil AS. the company filed a report with the sec saying they made $8mil and $850k ebitda. so that is VERIFIABLE. most companies like this trade at 2x revenues at least, which would give MTPR a market cap of $16mil. that is also verifiablee with some industry dd.
