this bubble was never allowed to deflate. the postponement of that by dropping interest rates to very low levels and causing a massive injection of liquidity from refis only postponed the inevitable poppage of da bubble while propping up this house of cards. rates arent going low enough from here to add more fuel, our deficits our getting staggering, price of oil isnt going to help. i wasnt around in 33-36 nor do i know the fundamental backdrop, but my opinion on the forward years is not the same as yours as mine is very bearish
