I've always assumed it was "disruptive corporate actions", as there was never any update to the information on pinks, nor filings of any kind after the change in ownership.
I remember back about 2 months a guy named X-man bought a sh#t load, to say the least stock dropped heavy from that point he was pi$$ed so he might have simply complained and i'd say thats all, other than Brian needs to learn faster how to run a co. but will prevail none the less,long and frustrating wait.
