I just spoke with Susan Zhou at Hawk Assoc. and got the same info. on CKGT filing, and that the grace period has been extended from the prior period.
I wasn't aware of the new extensions...but it's still very un-like CKGT to file an extenison for their quarterly reports. They did on the annual report only once- but that was all if my memory serves me correctly.
