I think I misread the RS. 1.6 mil is a long term liability, Its like mortgage. You cant say that your in negative cash flow if you owe 1.6 mill on mortgage and you make say 15k/mo. Im saying yes they owe the 1.6 mil long term.. but they are in a multi bilion dollar industry and they are 250k ahead this quarter..
