Actual to date its a "spin machine" (marketing) it remains to be seen if it comes any type of take over machine.

Actually IMO Wow Green did a take-over of EESO's Retail Household Cleaner Div. Now I wouldn't be surprised to see them attempt to get a hold of the Commercial and Agriculture side. (Hopefully in a different way this time)
