Seen enough deals done to make these assumptions.

ZENG already got the POP in PPS when they announced the deal.
Now the surprise is gone and they have to explain HOW they are going to accomplish the purchase.
They only had $250k in cash and had liabilites of $1.6 Million.
So ... they need to find some money.

I would expect some sort of Convertible Debt deal.

Terms and price of conversion will be interesting.
