I wonder what the company can do to shake off the cloud.

The SEC persuing the hijackers didn't give much info other than their stock was hijacked back in 2005:

" UDS Group Inc. is a Nevada corporation formerly known as Blini Hut, Inc., which the hijackers reinstated on January 26, 2005 without authorization. As of September 01, 2009, the company's common stock was quoted on the Pink OTC Markets (symbol "UDSG"), had market makers, and was eligible for the piggyback exemption of Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11(F)(3)."

Pinksheets site is showing it is on the grey market. It still looks like a POS. imo
