Well, Q and XEL are coming clean. And it appears the other energy traders have added to the hurt JPM & C.
Crooks can get around it, but I still believe most CEOs know it's no time to play games and get caught later. Their freedom & profit, and their jobs, are in the crosshairs.
Sure, some crooks will evade. Most officers won't. The sheer weight of recent (and coming) revelations is like putting a lead belt on the mkt. Long or short, the enthusiasm for equities is dwindling, dampening rallies.
