Right...He is "re-selling" as in not authorized.....by AKC, MLB or EI...

IMO EI has an isue which could come back to haunt him if EI did pay for these items though...No one can sell these items AS actual MLB urns or "for use" urns as they would violate licensing laws...

If say Batesville bought the MLB urns, they could not sell them I think as "new" baseball cremation urns...Who wants a "used" urn? They certainly can not sell them as "their" urns....

Same with the AKC urn...I think this is why no one is bidding...No warranty, not registration will be authorized...IMO...

EI may not be worrying due to this...If they are selling them as new cremation urns there is an issue...

I would like to see proof he emailed EI AND I would like to know who he talked to at AKC...He stated he had that info, where is it...I think he's playing games to sell the item before the chit hits the fan....personally....
