I couldn't agree more with RJ...

I doubt a vote is needed, and even if it was, it wouldn't really matter. Due to the size of the common share holders here in IAO, these two groups control the destiny of the company, and therefore the PPS.

Futhermore, merger or not, the goal for both entities is to create value so that they can realize a return. How they do it is another story that is intertwined behind the scenes.

Fact of the matter is this... IAO has put a new CEO into place, and a new BOD in place recently.

Fact of the matter is this... Both groups, "Inter Asset" and "Ning" have common share averages much higher than the .04 level, so currently they are sitting on a big loss until the PPS improves significantly.

Anyway, it's my belief that the R/S will be packaged with "other significant news", so time will tell...
