If the 2008 needed to be re-audited and not re-stated, would you not think that it would be completed by now? Assuming there were no issues, it would give way for the 2009, which was ALREADY completed according to the company, to be issued immediately?
The fact that in more than 2-months the company can't complete a re-audit of 2008 seems like a huge red flag all in itself. Should it take 3 months of work to audit 12 months of Bookeeping during a period when SPNG was not really doing much in sales. If I recall accurately 2008 was what, $5 Million in sales according to the company.
