Luiten quit INEOS three years ago. You have to ask yourself, "What has he been doing if not just lending his name?" Luiten worked as COO for INEOS for only 3 years. The same length of time he has been CEO of Zenergy. Hope he did more for INEOS in three years - he did leave suddenly.
What has he done to make biofuel, distribute it, or sell it while the economy was strong? Now he comes up with this "too little, too late" approach!
