They have until tomorrow to file the NT-10K as well, so we wont necessarily wake up to the "E" on Tuesday if they do in fact file the NT-10K tomorrow.
I think 30% is pushing it as well. I'd expect maybe a 15% haircut, but no more. Seems to have strong support at $1.05 regardless, I dont see it going below that any time soon.
