WRONG ... Biofuels began faltering before the Recession even started.
High feedstock prices which outpaced the rate of growth of oil prices caused plants to be Unprofitable in 2007 and 2008.
Production of biodiesel has fallen dramatically since then ... hence the failure of Greenlight to really open and being for Sale.
