Having not explained [to us] what changed between then and now, I consider them lies. To help you out, follow the keywords "important" and "striking."

You tell me Aiming, did mngmnt earn those last options (or the previous ones for that matter) they handed themselves? Please don't include the 'industry norm' boilerplate if you choose to respond. This is a clear cut character breach in my mind. If you choose to look the other way, at least refrain from commenting on competence discussions regarding mngmnt.

Interesting point--I missed this earlier--but it is worthy of elaboration. I am asking, arguing, even begging; for someone to convince me otherwise: that mngmnt knows what they are doing. So far, and progressively less, have I been curtailed in my strengthening ideology to the contrary.
