BBDA is NOT a complete scam. Incompetence plays a major role for the lack of success this Pink is facing.
When a self proclaimed entrepreneur in the beverage business is incapable of getting his product(s) onto store shelves and his most successful business transaction to date is made from a board member, then that should pretty much tell you that things are not okay in BBDA-land.
