I have been thinking the same thing - I just have not said it because I don't know too much about that. It is kind of a Catch 22. It will be better for them to have the price low when they buy back shares, and it will be better for the price to be high for other reasons such as financing.

This does put the damper on speculation that Copper King is trying to artificially keep the price low themselves. Why hire a national spokesperson who is on national TV if you are trying to keep your price low?!

I think if they get long term financing and the pps is like .10 or .05 and they use lt financing that pays of short term debt that is backed by shares to back part of the long term financing and the pps is higher it will take less shares
right now the pps is so low for a company with so much a head of it its rediculuse
I also believe that wb might be behind some of the selling pressure lately as well as people he paid in those shares

CK, agreed, the timing of the hiring of O'Hurley is a very pertinent question right now. My guess from the daily tape was a big shareholder whose shares were, or have been, coming off restriction have been selling. The company knew these sales would happen in advance. Have you noticed the huge blocks moving through in the last few trading days? (Sometimes in IMO the sales were clumsily done.) Anyway, O'Hurley campaign is designed to counter that by attracting new investors and increasing volume. Another guess, if we had not had some new folks jumping in the last few days, we would not have absorbed these sales as well as we have.
