HI maybe I'm wrong if so you or Claw can correct me, But isn't there a clause that Neomedia can get funds from another lender but Y/A has the right to match that funding terms,
lower interest,longer term

There isn't one shred of logical information or reasoning to support your ideal situation.

CONS:
1. The SPA language
2. YA Globals overall history
3. YA Globals Neom history
4. It doesn't make business sense and YA is a business.
5. YA has converted 1 billion shares within the last year ALONE!

PROS:
1. HOPE

I believe its about time we concede the 5bil share count as a given and work from there. Now, let me be clear - I don't believe YA is going to dilute us to that point in the here and now - But, I believe, they will convert to common upon a sell.

Please, provide something other then "wishful thinking" to support your theory... I'll wait...
