I would expect that the resolution there will be that Intel will just walk away from the 1.4 Billion.
I think in the fullness of time EU citizens and OEMs will pay back to Intel what the EU robbed from Intel beyond what they would have payed for Intel products otherwise.
You mean the $1.5B that Intel was fined by the EU. That might be a check mark on Cuomo's list, but it doesn't put any money in the NYS coffers. His office stated this AM that the suit remains. The appeal in the EU needs hearing.
