from your link SR, the bottomline key bit from my view is this <<Will the Commission make the written statements public after filing? Yes.>> Does anyone have any information as to when this public release will be?
As zeev says the action in stocks before this release will tell what is ahead. As the inside circuit will be active passing the news well before release i do suspect.
Now all one need do is put 947 stocks on a monitor list:) sure. max
