Good luck with it - it's not a bullish chart - lower highs and lower lows over the last 5 months - a descending channel. Technically there's nothing bullish at all about it.
If it breaks the top of the channel then thats a different story. We'll have an uptrending market after a little pullback over the next few days so it's got a few strong weeks to try. But technically I could find a lot of different names int he biotechs that are "technically" bullish - MNTA isnt a bullish chart.
