Good summary. You miss one key point:

CEO stated that the next trial would be either a Ph 2 confirmatory trial OR else a Phase 2/3 trial. It seems to me that the partners want to move this along a little quicker than we might have expected.

Imagine CEO announces tomorrow that Novartis has paid 50m up front to partner Tovaxin and is going straight into a Phase 3 trial? Can you see the share price reaction? I can!

The warrants (OPXAW) seem like a great bargain right now at a dollar if you can get them. Hard to find any sellers though.
