I agree Ed, thanks. Panther never did answer my question. He speculates all day long and when i ask him just to speculate on the topic of "what if" there was a naked short position, how would they come up with restricted shares of FUGU if a divy was granted. Easy to answer; espcially from a wise guy like Panther which have all kind of answers on this board.

So, since you cannot prove something doesn't exist, you assume that it does exist??? I can't prove Bin Laden doesn't live in the same city I do, so i guess we should mount a manhunt and base all our future plans on the assumption that he does.

A GFGU divvy would be worthless to individual share holders, as i have already shown. The shares are restricted, there is no time limit on that restriction. It would cost more than the shares are worth to get them unrestricted unless you received 10,000 or more as a divvy, which means you would have to own at least 1M SPNG shares.
