Wellington`s per share cost was something like $0.77 a share. And those shares were placed in the retirement accounts of a bunch of working stiffs. Most of whom I doubt know now or ever did know that Wellington had so graciously bestowed their retirement accounts with millions of dollars worth of penny stocks. FWIW, on the date the Wellington deal closed, Dec. 26, 2003, ITKG`s stock closed at $1.42 a share. Lots of room there for hefty commissions all around.
Integral got paid up front.
Wellington got paid up front.
And the working stiffs(unknowingly)assumed all the risk.
