Actually, as far as we are concerned, the brokers would be on the hook to us. The MMs are on the hook to the brokers, and the source of the money (financial terrorists from offshore) would be on the hook to the MMs.
The good news is we can be sure the brokers will cough it up no matter what. So divy on airshares will reall end up being paid for by airshare sellers and any legal shorts that don't cover as well.
