No one has to tell us.... The question was.. IF we only got about 5 million shares of GFGU.. how could they give all shareholders a dividend...

So... in ROUND numbers... assuming the O/S is about 500M... and we got... about 5 million of GFGU...


That would equate to 1 share of GFGU for every 100 shares of SPNG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (in rough terms)

no one i just gave an example of how they could issue 5 million shares of GFGU to investors who hold 500mm of SPNG

the settlement between GFGU and RME/SPNG was probably because SPNG knew you can't get blood from a stone so they might as well get something out of the deal.
