not just because they are rich .. too simple way of putting it ..

because the country has to do something to gain revenue and to save too yeah, but
reform in healthcare will hopefully save down the track compared against nothing done ..

so you ask those who can afford the easiest to give back ..

like asking the ones taking the most to give some more back ..
