I disagree with your assumption that Gen-X will be bought for almost nothing. Furthermore, the stock will certainly be depressed now, since the world knows about the acquisition.

You are right about Parsons having done some remarkable things here, but unfortunately we are still at a quarter......]/i]

You are putting the cart before the horse because we do not know the terms of the deal or even if the deal will be completed. I can only go on the track record of Parsons who has done a tremendous job since taking over at Global. In March, we had no business, no cash, no contracts, no nothing. Now we have a viable company that continues to exceed all our expectations. Let us not worry about tomorrow until we see what the acquisition will cost Global. I do not know Parsons personally, but softailhog does, and everything that he has told us has come to fruition. So let us give Parsons the benefit of the doubt until he explains his motive for acquiring Gen-X.
