The Selective Service has been updating its contingency plans for a draft of doctors, nurses and other health care workers in case of a national emergency that overwhelms the military's medical corps.
Are you naive enough to think that it's out of the realm of possibility that terrorists could inflict a national emergency on our country such that doctors would be needed en masse?
And how does having a database of doctors available in case a dirty bomb goes off in Chicago have anything to do with (the mythical) drafting of kids to fight in invasions of other countries? It doesn't, but that was the best you could come up with.
